The United Kingdom has left the EU. A few things have changed for our customers from the United Kingdom
Make sure all your details are entered correctly. This mainly concerns the following data:
EORI number (business)
If this is not filled in correctly, it may occur that your order does not arrive or cannot be shipped. When this is the case, the order will be returned and will be credited with the associated costs. The additional costs are 20% of the entire order.
EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification). We are obliged to hand over an EORI number to customs. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to the United Kingdom without an EORI number. EORI number only applies to companies, our private customers do not need to provide an EORI number
Our terms of delivery are DAP. This means that you may have to pay import duties on your order. You will receive an e-mail before delivery with the payment details to make the payment. If this payment is not made, your order will be returned and will be credited with the associated costs. The additional costs are 20% of the entire order.
The delivery time that we indicate on our website is the period in which we prepare your order for shipment. Delivery to the United Kingdom unfortunately takes longer. Due to Brexit, customs must first check all shipments.
