For what do i need a certificate ?

The certainy of a correct inspection! If you regularly inspect and test you hoisting and lifting equipment, you always have proof that you have done everything to ensure the safety of your employees.

When will i receive my certificates?

Certificates for new products are sent directly with the new products. With the test certificates that have been inspected, it can take 2 to 3 weeks before they are fully processed in the system.

May i pick up my order ?

Of course you can pick up an order, this can be indicated when you place an order.

If I choose for 'pick-up'when can i pick up my order?

When you choose to pick up your order, the lead time is not shorter than the indicated lead time on the website.

How do i know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an e-mail from us when the order is ready for pickup.

Do you also deliver outside of the EU?

No we only deliver within the EU.

What is the current lead time?

Look for the current lead time on the homepage of this website.

Where can I find the track & trace code?

This will be send to your e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Can i change my order when i payed for the order?

Unfortunately, you can not change the order after you played and payed for the order. We work with an automatic picking system which makes this impossible to reverse.

When do i get my money back?

You will receive the refunded amount within 1 to 2 weeks after we received your return.

How can i see that the payment of my order has been recieved?

This is visible with you account. Here you will see the order status: 'pending'

What are the warranty Conditions?

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. This means that an article must be in good condition and must function properly in normal use. If you receive an item that is not the case, we will provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we do this by replacement, repair or refund. * The maintenance and ispection must be done annually by a recognized ECA company which we have reconized. * The invoice of your Products serves as guarantee proof, so keep it safe.

Are all products in stock?

Products that state: 'In stock'are in stock. keep in mind that this does not apply to all products.

Do the products meet the statutory requirements?

Liftinggear-shop guarantees that ALL products comply with statutory requirements. The most important thing for Liftinggear-shop is that we supply qualitative safe products. At the request of the client, all products can be provided with a certificate. Keep in mind that with some products there are extra costs involved.

I have a complaint, what do i do?

If you have a complaint, please let us know via sales@liftinggear-shop.co.uk  We will do our best to resolve your complaint and if necessary take a internal strep so that it can be resolved correctly.

What are the payment methods?

We have multiple payment options: iDEAL, PayPal, Visa / Mastercard, Maestro and Transfer.

Can i buy from you as a consumer?

Yes, of course this is possible.

What are the costs of an inspection?

How do i get my money back?

You will receive the amount paid via the original payment method which you used to purchase the order.

What are the opening hours?

We are open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm, on Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30pm. To pick up an order at our warehous we are open on Monday to Friday between 8:00am 4:30pm.
