Return request

How do I return my order?

You can register your products easily and quickly via the online return form. To register a return, we ask you to complete the online return form as completely as possible. You will receive an RMA number which must be clearly stated on the packaging.

 

Return policy

Liftinggear-shop obviously wants you to be happy with the items you buy from us. We only want to offer the best products with the highest quality and we hope that you will appreciate these products. There may, however, be a reason to return your purchased product. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return the order / product within 30 days after delivery. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order.

  • The item will only be accepted for return if it is returned unused in its original condition and packaging. 
  • The packing slip or the invoice must be returned in the packaging. 
  • An RMA number must be stated on the packaging.
  • Products that have been specially ordered for customer specifications will not be returned.

 

To register a return, we ask you to fill in the form as complete as possible. You will receive an RMA number which must be clearly stated on the packaging.


Pay attention!

  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes of alterations.
  • Certificate costs & shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Assembled products (such as 2 or 4 legged chain slings, hoists etc.) & Terrier clamps are eligible for return but a penalty of 20% applies.
  • Attention! Assembled Stainless Steel products are eligible for return but a penalty of 30% applies.
  • In case of malfunction on a jack, hand- or ratchet hoist, electric hoist winch, carefully describe the problem as complete as possible in the return form. When returning a product, all associated parts such as remote cable, power cable and remote has to be included with the return. Unfortunately incomplete products will not be accepted, because of this reason it can not be returned.
  • When your return has been received by us and we have completed the inspection / inspection, we will start the reimbursement procedure.
